COOKING
I’m an aging Asian male with a beer belly, and health is a slight concern. On top of that I am socially akward. So, I follow an interesting guideline when I cook, and I try NOT to use the following ingredients:
RED MEAT, BUTTER, CHEESE, SHIITAKE MUSHROOM, CHOCOLATE, MAYO, MINIMIZE WHITE RICE, POTATO
I use basmati rice. It has a much lower GI than other types of rice.
Basmati rice? I’ve never used it before, but it sounds healthier. I should definitely give it a try! thanx! :)
