Ingredients:</strong><br />
1) Medium to Firm Tofu<br />
2) Dashi *either pre-made or make your own<br />
3) Seaweed Salad<br />
4) Nori<br />
5) Seasame Seed<br />
6) Negi (green onions)<br />
7) Red Pepper<br />
8) Sugar<br />
9) Sesame Oil</p>
<p><strong>Procedure:</strong><br />
1) Prepare the Chili Sauce. Dice the green onions, and mix it with water, dashi, red pepper, sugar, and sesame oil. Set it aside.<br />
2) Boil Tofu in Dashi until it gets slightly brown on the outside. *This adds subtle taste to the plain tofu.<br />
3) Take the tofu out, and top it with the chili sauce, seaweed salad, nori, and sesame seeds.</p>

<p><strong>It looks like shit, and it taste like shit.</strong></p>
<p>So, I think here&#8217;s where it went wrong. First of all, the <em>cheese cloth</em> I used was too porous, and it didn&#8217;t effectively separate the soy milk from the pudding. Secondly, and the likely cause of this utter failure, is that I used too much <em>lemon juice</em>. Lemon Juice is used as a coagulator, but I added too much&#8230; making this tofu taste like saturated lemon flavored soy piece of shit. I mean, look at this shit. I looks freakin&#8217; yellow.</p>
<p>Oh well&#8230; better luck next time&#8230;</p>

2. <strong>Wooden (or plastic) mold</strong><br />
3. <strong>Cheese cloth</strong><br />
4. <strong>Lemon Juice, Nigari,</strong> or <strong>Edible Calcium Sulfate</strong> as coagulator.</p>
<p>Okay&#8230; where the heck do I find them? Anyways, I just blindly left home crossing my fingers.</p>
